
REFUND POLICY
Alpha Dog Distribution reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or modified in any way. All return/repair packages must be fully insured. Alpha Dog Distribution assumes no responsibility for refunds or compensation in case of loss, theft, or mishandling of return packages. Bulk orders cannot be canceled or withdrawn, but if cancellation is approved internally, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. All products requiring assembly or specialized products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped and/or parts have been installed.
SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS:
All sale items and/or items purchased with promotional codes are FINAL SALE. They are neither returnable nor refundable, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Price adjustments cannot be made on previous orders. Discounts and promotions are not valid on previous purchases, purchases made outside the promotion period, or on any custom or bespoke orders. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Any product requiring assembly or a specialized product is a final sale and cannot be returned once shipped and/or parts have been installed.
RETURN:
Alpha Dog Distribution will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days of the delivery date. Any product with modifications or a personalized monogram is non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and the order cannot be canceled or withdrawn for any reason. Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees, within 5 to 7 business days from the return date. Please contact us at info@alphadogdistribution.com.
