
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All shipping fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order has been shipped from Alpha Dog Distribution, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the package; it is the carrier’s responsibility for tracking and delivery time.

To TRACK your package, please log into your account or refer to the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you provided. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact info@alphadogdistribution.com to request a "Status Check" to locate your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply according to the laws and regulations of their country. First-class international mail does not include tracking or insurance, so if the package is lost or stolen, we cannot guarantee compensation or a replacement product.
CUSTOM ORDERS: The sale of any Alpha Dog Distribution Custom Shop and/or Bespoke product, as well as any product with modifications or a personalized initial monogram, is non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. The order cannot be canceled or withdrawn for any reason.
Alpha Dog Distribution remains the sole owner of all rights to the product(s), including but not limited to drawings, designs, prototypes, sketches, and final products created. In the event that intellectual property is created, Alpha Dog Distribution Inc. will be considered the sole author and will hold all copyright rights.
Our goal is to make every customer a lifelong customer; we will do what it takes to achieve that goal. We guarantee the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of each product at the discretion of Alpha Dog Distribution.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Alpha Dog Distribution will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days of the delivery date. Any product with a personalized engraving is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and the order cannot be canceled or withdrawn for any reason. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees, within 5 to 7 business days from the return date.
Alpha Dog Distribution reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, chewed, worn, or altered in any way. All return/repair packages must be fully insured. Alpha Dog Distribution assumes no responsibility for refunds or compensation in case of loss, theft, or mishandling of return packages. Bulk orders cannot be canceled, and a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
SALE ITEMS: All sale items and/or items purchased with promotional codes are FINAL SALE (non-refundable) unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Discounts are not valid on previous purchases, purchases made outside the promotion period, or any custom or bespoke orders. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. For international orders, additional taxes and duties may apply.
RETURNS: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the product is in its original unused condition before returning it, include your original sales receipt or order number in the box, and label it as a "return." Mail to the address below.

REPAIRS: Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@alphadogdistribution.com to confirm whether the product is repairable before sending it. Each repair is different, and repair costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the repair begins. Please send the product to the address below, including your name, phone number, email address, return address, and details of the repair needed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@alphadogdistribution.com within 5 business days of the delivery date to request a replacement item. Alpha Dog Distribution will follow the necessary steps to determine whether the item is defective or if it is due to natural wear and tear.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFECTS OR MALFUNCTIONS CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, OR USE WITH EQUIPMENT FOR WHICH IT WAS NOT INTENDED.
